No wonder why I was getting eyes strain using the 11T Pro of a friend of mine the other day even with dc dimming turned on. I too have tried many phones and am getting frustrated. I do have read quite some time ago — about the gap between the touch screen glass panel and internal display. I have really high hopes for the G73 because it looks to be my perfect upgrade from the iphone 7 plus. BloodyHell Well crap, the Mi 11 Ultra actually isn't truly bit -. From the looks of it, it seems like a rebranded honor x8 5g. If it mentions PWM, even to say Hz or whatever, there's a good chance you'll feel discomfort. Rui Well after been using a phone with Hz pwm for a few days Xiaomi 12T Pro all I can say it's almost that same… problem. I've noticed this with quite a few moto displays in the past, but not all. So full subpixels like LCD Display and no pentile matrix.

As mentioned here, temporal dithering is a bigger problem than PWM. The G73 is apparently using Panda Glass. Instant eye strain. The G display is awful. The Honor X8A is quite comfortable, but it's terribly underpowered and underspecced. That's rather bluish and it emits lots of blue light. It's crazy how many phones are using dithering!! Vividblu99 Yea I think you are on to something. It's still a very capable phone. Is there actually a "usable" phone that can be bought? Nice budget phone, almost there but still not there in terms of comfort. The rest are weak low end. I've noticed the same with a lot of Realme LCD devices too. The phone is still being updated but it will stop soon since it's "old".
