At the local Huawei customer service center in Greece they repaired my watch for free as it was still under warranty. Until October 4, the clock was working fine. As I decided to start swimming until that moment I had never put the watch in water I tested the watch in the pool to record my training. But to my regret I found that when I got home the watch was not working. I spoke to the local service center again and they said that the warranty has expired as it has been 2 years from the date of purchase and that from the date of repair there is nothing extra on it. When I took the initiative to open it after being told that it is not under warranty and what I found was that the service center when they fixed it for me had not installed the sealing rubber properly so that from the point that it was not installed properly it took the watch in moisture. I am very disappointed with the result, as I am not responsible for the damage and that I was left without a watch due to the fault of the local Huawei service center in Greece.
