Thursday, June 9th, AM. I have not been able to access my email account for about a week now. We have been using our email daily for several years until last week when we lost access somehow. I have tried everything I have read on the internet to fix it to no avail. I spent well over an hour with a really nice Xfinity customer service rep who was unable to help me. When he sent me to tech support, it would not let me talk to anyone unless I reset my modem - which is not an xfinity modem, so I was not able to speak with someone in tech support. Every time I try to log on to email, it says "we are now loading your email", then it says an unexpected error occurred and to try again in a moment. Wednesday, November 8th, PM. Tested both desktop Outlook app and Samsung email app. This problem has been happening since yesterday. Email has not synced since yesterday. Error message stating it cannot connect to server. We have been customer for over 15 years. This is the 1st time we have had this problem.

Sunday, November 19th, PM. Can't login to Xfinity website asks to reset password continually. I have other Xfinity emails and I can login to the Xfinity website without issues. It's just this one account I can't get in.
