February 14, Ask a new question. My audio device stopped working after upgrading to Windows I have HP Pavilion dv6 tx Laptop. I tried installing the driver that came with the laptop but no luck. It says " The hardware detected is not supported by this IDT software package. The installation will be aborted. It asks me to rely on Microsoft provided drivers which is not working. Can someone provide a solution for this! We need to do further investigation to resolve your concern. Since HP tells you that no drivers are available yet for your device, we suggest that you submit a feedback to HP or contact them directly for assistance.
