However, I'm just trying to get to the bottom of this as soon as possible. There are some mods that work and some that do not work, all for unknown reasons. For example, the Gunslinger Dante mod works, however, the DMC1 Dante mod does not work, despite them essentially serving the same purpose. I believe there is some correllation there, but I don't know how to change the way that the mod manager sorts the mods I install. Is it because of the game archives? When I install the mod manager, it says the game finds the archives just fine, so I'm not sure what happened. Found the error. Some mods have derivatives of files inside the original file. However, some mods like DMC1 Dante have derivative files inside, such as short hair, short coat, etc, which interfere with the installation of the mod. You select the mod folder that comes before natives and replace it, allowing for the mod to actually properly work The mod manager creator helped me out with this one.
