The World Backwaters is an excellent property very well placed as the name suggests in the backwaters of Allepey. Clean and Plush rooms,very well de Clean and Plush rooms,very well designed. Also the resort had inbuilt lake for Pedal Boating. Good food but the staff at the restaurant was not very co-operative. Would definitely return on our next trip to Allepey. Had a wonderful stay, we booked last minute as my husband was poorly and we wanted somewhere for him to recuperate. It couldn't have been better. Friendly staff, good service, good food, beautiful pool, comfortable room, and very comfy beds and pillows! Nothing too much trouble.
