It took over a month to finally hear from anyone. You can't just change the rate on the day I am supposed to check in without giving me a proper explanation. Free nights. Wahweap Overlook. The beds were comfy, pillows a little too poofy for my taste. Ok customer service. The room, the bathroom, and all the public areas were immaculately clean including the bed sheets and towels as well. The sleeping area also had what appears to be an outdoor window looking in from the bathroom! I had a small issue that could have been quickly resolved however it has turned into a huge ordeal. They wore masks as they are protecting us and themselves. There were bedbugs in the room and the staff really didn't seem to care! The rooms were comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

The hotel however is excellent and is close to everything Horseshoe bend 10 min drive, good restaurants nearby. I went on this trip solo and very last minute so his kindness was very much appreciated! The breakfast was incredible. The sleeping area also had what appears to be an outdoor window looking in from the bathroom! We would definitely use Best Western again. Due to the coronavirus COVID , this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Thank you to Christine, Pedro, Falene and Calista for making our stay wonderful!!
