Haidilao is a popular Chinese Szechuan Hot Pot restaurant, located in more than cities across the world. Hot Pot is a Chinese cooking method where you cook your own meat and vegetables in a boiling broth of your choice. This was our first time trying Hot Pot so we were super excited to try it in their O2 branch. They have another branch in Piccadilly. It was split into leather seated high-tech booths, each with their own Hot Pot heater and enough space to house about people. We were welcomed by a waiter who took us to our seats and in the next few minutes experienced the best service we have ever received in a restaurant. Our waiter introduced himself and offered Kim wipes for her glasses and a hair tie, as well as a plastic bag for our masks and a bag to put my wet coat in which they offered to dry.
