These are not just any old Spotswood food trucks! Each vendor has fitted out their own repurposed shipping container to suit their needs. Each Friday, Saturday and Sunday Grazeland hosts 50 permanent food, drink and artisan goods vendors over the site. They are estimating that the venue will cater for approximately 30, visitors each weekend! Children under 12 years and carers of a disabled visitor are free. Grazeland opening hours are Friday 5pm until 10pm, Saturday 12pm until 10pm and Sunday 12pm until 9pm. Live entertainment is promised as well as a stage with live acts.

The mammoth space stretches over 10, square metres think half of the MCG , and is at the former site of a decommissioned OCI bottling plant. Grazeland is a bit like a food market or festival — but its odd food vendors are permanent. The stalls are housed in repurposed shipping containers, designed and customised by each business. That means a mix of pastels, bold colours, neon lights, eye-catching prints and cute cartoon characters to walk past. This permanent food precinct brings more than 50 different vendors to the West, with bars, live performers and a year-long seasonal events program. This long Easter weekend, Grazeland is getting into the school holiday spirit with a fun-packed program of chocolate eats, dancing and festivities. With live music and a churro eating contest in the works, Grazeland will transform into the perfect destination for entertaining littles ones. The activities kick off on Good Friday with Grazeland's vendors serving up a delicious array of chocolate-themed treats.

It is not your typical food festival or market. It is a permanent food precinct that showcases a rotating line-up of food vendors, creating a dynamic and ever-changing dining experience. The precinct is made up of a collection of converted shipping containers, each housing a different food vendor from savoury to sweet and everything in between, offering an incredible variety of cuisines to suit every palate. The food offerings at Grazeland are nothing short of extraordinary.
