Mckenna Grace is an American actress who has appeared in films, television series, video games, and narrative podcasts. A Yahoo! Entertainment article referred to her as "one of the most successful and prolific child actors of her generation", with over 70 credits by that point. In , Grace garnered global recognition for her role as an intellectually gifted seven-year-old in the drama film Gifted , [12] [13] for which she received a nomination for the Critics' Choice Movie Awards for Best Young Performer. Mckenna Grace born June 25, is an American actress and singer. Born in Grapevine, Texas , she began acting professionally at age five and relocated to Los Angeles, California , as a child. After several small roles, she starred as a child prodigy in Gifted , a breakthrough for which she received a nomination for the Critics' Choice Movie Award for Best Young Performer. She appeared in the supernatural comedy Ghostbusters: Afterlife , earning critical praise and a Critics' Choice Super Award nomination. After signing with Photo Finish Records in , Grace released her debut single, "Haunted House", in , as part of the Ghostbusters: Afterlife soundtrack. She released two extended plays in Bittersweet 16 and Autumn Leaves , which explored pop rock and folk sounds, respectively.

Grace was instantly captivated and, precocious herself, cajoled her young mother, Crystal, into signing her up for an acting class in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where they lived at the time. She plays Phoebe, who looks and sounds like a kid version of her dead grandfather, Ghostbuster Egon Spengler as originally played by the late Harold Ramis. In one standout sequence, Phoebe winds up brandishing a proton pack and strapped to a jump seat on the iconic Ghostbusters car, Ecto-1, as her brother, Trevor Finn Wolfhard , careens it through a small, Oklahoma town in pursuit of a troublesome phantom.
