Gportal server not showing up ark

I recently got Ark after Epic Games let it go for free and joined everyone else in this fresh wave of beach bobs, doomed to die to sarcos and jumped by raptors. After renting a server with GPortal. It has entirely disappeared from the server list, and no amount of coaxing, gportal server not showing up ark, restarting, searching, singleplayer ip joining seems to do anything.

Since the update today my server from g-portal just wont show up no matter what I do, restarted it probably times now. In the settings it says the server is online and running normally, but noone can find it in the serverlist. Anyone else with same problems and how to fix it? After the last few updates, my server, marked as a favorite, abruptly is forgotten and a different server with a different name and mode replaces it. Not sure why.

If you do not see your server in Steam Server favourites, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate. Make sure you give the server enough time to start up fully before proceeding. When do i know when the server has started fully? Watch the "Memory" amount in the control panel, make sure Auto Refresh is ticked, the ram level will have usually stopped moving when its online, if its still increasing then its likely still starting up. Check in Steam Favourites following this article , see if it shows up with the name displayed. Startup can take a varying amount of time depending on how many mods you have, if the game server is on HDD, SSD or NVME disk, if other game servers are starting up at the same time, or if its starting up for the first time or just after an update.

My Gportal page says the server is online and running. On the PS4 game itself, the server no longer shows up. It was marked as a favourite before, and worked fine. Now it no longer appears in favorites or in history, or in new searches for the server name. Cant find official server played on it a few hours ago, but after the update it is gone. All kinds of servers are showing up on my game list, official and unofficial.
