I have been in the Early Learning sector for more than 9 years, 6 of those working for Goodstart Early Learning where I have performed various positions such as Senior Educator, Educational Leader and Assistant Director, leading up to Centre Director, goodstart carlisle. I also have a Business Degree and ran my own business linked to the mining sector for more than 10 years. I am originally from Chile; where I volunteered at various institutions helping children within different social and economic childcare environments.
