The camper comes with a giant bug mesh-backed door at the back of the tent. But for the ultimate in panoramic views and ladder accessibility, the side door option is hard to beat. Choosing this option gives you two more fully openable doors with interior screens and exterior rain flys one on each side of the tent. So the side doors aren't totally necessary. You can still get in and out through the Transform-a-Floor. You still have amazing views out the back as well. But most customers we talk to are glad they ordered the side doors and we've had a number of folks upgrade to side doors after their initial purchase. You can configure your camper with no windows, just a front window, just a back window, or both a front and back window. These windows don't open but they do allow you to use your rear-view mirror and provide more interior light if you spend a lot of time hanging out inside the camper. The front window also allows you to keep an eye on your gear in the bed while driving.
