Open until PM. Brought my car in to be serviced. Miguel went above and beyond, and did not try to price gouge me. Fast, reliable, convenient. Had a "handshake agreement" over text message. I said several times in my messages that if they didn't want to meet my Long story short I tried to trade in a vehicle and they said my catalytic converter was missing and offered me 6 grand less. I tried to leave and they kept offering me more and more. I said this We purchased our first Acura from Gillman recently and Robert Zullo's service was top notch!

They finally got the price down but not where we had originally talked about. The last time I talked to a floor manager, he said the car pro team went home early. We would highly recommend April Porter and the whole Team Gillman Acura group to anyone who is looking for a professional, seamless, stress free buying experience. I didn't trade my other car in so I said that would help a lot but I live 40 miles away. I am more than pleased with my experience working with this lady. April contacted me right away on my inquiry for a new RDX, but unfortunately wasn't able to help since the new RDX has no touch screen which is why I actually traded in our previous RDX. April and her team did a great job of working a good deal on a Certified RDX. I am feeling a bit discouraged. April and her team were quick to respond to our inquiry and got us lined up with the car we wanted with the trim level and colors we requested. Did not end up making a purchase. We look forward to working with you again in the future.
