I dont want to do this , I just want a fair renewal price that is the same for everyone. No doubt a few more weeks will pass before that is finally carried out. The guy who then connected the line gave poor instructions, plugged one box in and walked off. No message to say the fault is logged. Installation is not as simple as it is with any other provider.
