What is the shelf life of this sauce? A lot of fun. Normally this is from tomatoes starting to ferment.. Cut the ghost peppers and other chilis in half, carefully removing any stems and seeds. I used apple cider vinegar instead of red wine and it adds a bit of fruity flavor that blends really well with the tomatoes. I appreciate the flavor of this recipe
Who knew the local large-chain grocery store carries ghost peppers aka bhut jolokia? Of course I had to make a hot sauce with this stuff. Please understand, ghost peppers are seriously spicy.
