I do appreciate the text updates so we were aware of where we were at in the process. Thank you. The repair itself looks great and is so well done. However, the inside of my vehicle just stinks. It smells like the inside of a garage and I just can't get the smell to go away. Gerber Collison is very thoughtful of keeping you updated with the progress of your vehicle and with everything that is needed to do to complete the job. The front camera was not repaired at all. Initially little contact was made. Had to reach out several times to get status. We are happy with the results, as far as we can tell. We are glad that you kept in constant contact with us to give us updates. The results look great. We would recommend your services to others. Bumper came out amazing. Thank you. Plus getting and dropping off rental. Solid and pain free experience. The work was solid the only thing was shipping of parts was so scattered, we got about different dates. Other than that everyone was nice and professional and even with the different dates. There was a reason for the delays.

They are watching very carefully each parts and fully taken care of repairing. Gerber Collision service was excellent. From start to finish they were professional, communicative, and transparent. The manager stayed late to allow me to pick up my car upon completion of the service and walked me through the repairs made. They worked seamlessly with insurance and I would highly recommend to anyone. They made a difficult situation with an accident as smooth as can be. Everything went smoothly starting from the drop off of my car, rental car pick up, and getting updates on the status of my car every few days. My car looks great and I am very happy. The team was very pleasant to work with and even though the deadline was set at a week, they were able to get my vehicle fully repaired 4 days earlier. Excellent communication from start to finish, they did a great job repairing my car!
