There is an area on the top floor that is a little to extreme for me, which I would rather not go into details over but if you like water sports then you will be fine not my cup of tea. They could take a lesson from Plastic Ivy which has an excellent website giving me all the info I want although, it's a bit further away I will be taking my first "plunge" there.
