The first time I ordered take-out from Gateway Grill I was dumfounded. From the front, the restaurant is unassuming; nothing decorative on the outside, just the name, and a few beer signs. Once inside, things are different. On this particular evening Thursday night every booth and table was taken. There was even a line at the register with eager patrons waiting to pick up their to-go food.

My family stopped by on Saturday afternoon ordered a Pgh pizza and loaded fries. The Pizza was out of this world. The fries were fresh cut and delicious. Our server was Jodie and she was so friendly and efficient we never had to ask a refill on drinks. Most pleasant trip there ever. March The wings were meaty and very flavorful and the bartender was very nice and welcoming and greeted me and my wife with a smile. Her tacos were also on point along with the mixed drinks. We will be going back and this was not our first time visiting.
