In the Europan 16 projects various recurring themes make it possible to reconnect with both what is inherited and what is already there, based on the coexistence between human and non-human actors, on living with nature, on transmission and creation, on the reinstatement of scales of proximity and continuity, on common ground through the mobilisation of stakeholders and on the start of a second life for the inhabited environments. The projects presented in this catalogue are divided into 9 thematic site families.
