Why not let the team at Gosling take all the stress away by booking up one of our superb activity-based parties? Bounce and flip away on the trampoline beds, foam pits, Dodge Ball area, slack line and Gladiator battle. Upon arrival you will be greeted by your party host, issued your trampoline socks and wristbands, watch your briefing video and then be taken into the trampoline park where you can bounce and play to your heart's content!

All private lessons need to be booked with a minimum of one week notice, are subject to instructor availability and will need to be paid for in full at the time of booking confirmation. Instructors will track your development and supply you with a progress card updated by your instructor after each lesson.

Gosling Sports Park has a managed car parking system in place, which works with a camera located at the front entrance to the centres car park which will pick up vehicle registration numbers upon entry and exit. Members who hold an active Health and Fitness membership, Tennis or Gymnastics Lessons membership on an annual or monthly direct debit agreement will receive free parking. Find out how to register. Our newly-redecorated gym at Gosling Sports Park offers a wide range of state-of-the-art Technogym equipment with dedicated cardio, resistance, strength and functional zones. The functional has complete refurbishment with a new sled track placed recently and a functional frame now fully installed. Gosling Sports Park is also home to two fitness studios, one used for a wide range of fitness classes and the other dedicated to group cycle sessions. Studios are air-conditioned and well-equipped with everything you may need during your workouts.

For all slope activities you MUST wear appropriate clothing. Your party guests will have 1 hour in the Trampoline Park followed by 45 minutes in your own private party room. Long socks are recommended. Failure to meet the required skiing standard will result in termination of the skiing session without a refund.
