Ordered product November 12th. Customer service number is shut down. Multiple Emails to customer service resulted in them just sending the tracking number over and over. Its now December 19th and I have little faith that we will receive the order before Christmas. Terrible customer service and communication. I have been calling made up numbers I had to search for cause they have nothing helpful on their actual website and emailing multiple times about a refund that they refuse to give me. Ive been trying to do a return for a month.
