Dr Bhat is fine and Pauline is lovely to talk to, but the doctor today was cold and showed no sympathy. I was disgusted to be honest. It has left me feeling very upset. Fantastic service , Dr Bhat is an excellent doctor she takes the time to listen and you never feel rushed. Also excellent service from Pauline on reception. So poor.
