The chairs are ripped, broken and the cinema smells damp. Extremely disappointed that they have not upgraded anything. Pretty disappointed with our experience last night. My friend and I went to a 7pm screening for mean girls at goldclass, staff forgot to take our food order and we had to prompt them and then they didn't even tell us when the room was ready to go in and we missed about 12 minutes. At the end of the movie we lined up with probably around 20 other people who had also never received parts of their order for a refund. We didn't even get a proper apology, just told that it had been "a bit of a night". My friends and I had such a great time watching The Little Mermaid here. The visuals and sound systems were of high quality and the theatre was clean and comfy. The most heart-warming part of the whole experience was when everyone cheered and applauded together at the end of the movie. There was a sense of unity and innocent joy in the room. We have given gold class 3 tries now for their sake and have to say that 1 star is generous.
