Ford focus limp mode

The car had fault codes relating to ford focus limp mode. But a new turbo came with the car, so i replaced it and fault those codes disappeared. When the car starts, it runs as is should for seconds. It then goes into sort of a limp mode, no power, not exceeding rpm.

When I get it up to 3k rpm it limits power and sounds like I have anti lag lol. It revs normal in neutral and has boost pressure. I disconnected negative terminal to reset it and nothing happened.
