My name is Umer Shafique, and I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent flight experience with your airline. On January 27th, , I booked a flight from Faisalabad to Dubai for myself and one other passenger. However, our experience with the flight staff was extremely disappointing. They were consistently rude and unprofessional, which caused us great embarrassment and made us feel uncomfortable throughout the journey. The behavior of the flight staff not only affected our overall travel experience but also caused significant distress and inconvenience. As a result, we made the difficult decision to intentionally not take the return flight back on February 2nd, Instead, we opted to book a flight with another airline to ensure a more pleasant journey.

Our flight was cancelled and the airline did not offer any compensation, hotel etc. We filed a complaint but they simply refused to cover our extra night stay that was caused by the cancellation.
