The NEW app is fitbit app issues screwing up many functions on many different models - just look at all the posts here on the Forums and around the internet, fitbit app issues. Nothing Customer Support had me try worked and nothing here on the Forums has fixed anything either; most importantly to many is nearly ALL models Stop responding to our requests for help with the scripted responses like is it too loose on your wrist, did you sleep in a different position or be sure to check your battery! Connect the dots and talk to your programmers.
The latest app update for my charge 5 is just awful. Resting HR is messed up. This does absolutely nothing at all to meet my purpose in wearing it. Major QA fail this update! And major thumbs down on the design. My sleep and HR are all messed up too.

Hello, my FitBit app worked really good until two days ago, then yesterday it had trouble syncing, and today it has logged me out and I can't log back in. Every time I try the error message says that I have the wrong user name or password. When I tried to create a new account it said there was a network error. However, I am logged in on my computer and it works here, but not on the mobile app. Go to the Best Answer. The problem corrected itself after three days. I still don't know what changed.
