Well he is the last boss and the story builds up to fighting him the whole Act I'm gonna take a guess and say if you follow the story you should probably end up fighting him at the end.. Seeing as how tc is supposedly level 70, and hitting 70 without completing the campaign even once seems beyond ludicrous since adventure mode doesn't unlock until you beat the campaign , I'm going to assume this is a troll topic That or I'm just going to cry. MarcT 9 years ago 4. Sorry to burst your bubble but it's not guaranteed. I killed him at 70 on T3 and he has dropped a legendary once in 4 runs. Also, you have to fight through the entire previous level to get to him. Boss farming Diablo is far quicker and seems to drop at a similar rate.
