I was planning on making pasta for supper, honestly.

It was slightly weird, but good nevertheless! When I have something that needs testing for the Murder, She Cooked book and there is something ODD about the recipe, I prefer to pluck it from the pile and try it myself. It sounded kinda bizarre. I was only making one person portion of this but the smallest box of cornflakes I could get was huge. This is a super easy dish to make. My love for that fishy, potato, creamy dish knows no bounds….

So what I did is take my sole fillets out of the freezer and without even thawing them, made supper. I substituted seasoned panko crumbs for bread crumbs.
