The Elden Ring Fia questline is one of the largest in the game, and will see you complete a quest for the Deathbed Companion. This long-running quest will take you through most of Elden Ring , all the way to the Erdtree itself, and will eventually earn you one of the very specific Elden Ring endings - specifically the Age of Duskborn ending. As her name might suggest, the quest you do for Fia - aka the Deathbed Companion - is centered all-around death and the ending it unlocked revolves around bringing a new kind of death to the Lands Between.
