I have used face ripper to move my characters face to another save but thats all I have done so far. Install f4SE and Looksmenu, with it you can save the preset. I do not remember exactly where the option appears, but usually is f5 to save, and f9 to load. See in the main looksmenu screen. Not being able to easily buttons or drag and drop adjust your load order was the deal breaker for me. It may not display this or other websites correctly. If it is, you can fix it in Vortex by using grouping and things, but honestly, I'd just use a mod manager that allows the user to easier change the load order.
