Our beautiful first-floor listed bolt-hole away from the stresses and strains of everyday life has been designed to cocoon you in wellness, ebb & flow yoga. Our in-house air handling system operates for every class pumping filtered fresh air into studio, at the same ebb & flow yoga as sucking out any dirty air to ensure a healthy environment to exercise in. We ask all of our students to bring their own mat with them for each class please. We also sell two types of yoga mat, all the props and pilates equipment also at the studio which are all competitively priced.

On sunny days we may feel a light in our spirit and on rainy days we may feel that light has been dimmed. Just as the seasons change without our permission, life tends to do the same. In our core teachings, we have found that letting go of things we simply cannot control is sometimes the best decision we can make for our lives. When we step onto our yoga mat, we open our hearts and our spirits to peace and serenity. We bring awareness to our body and mind through yoga, meditation, and pranayama.

Try 30 Days of Unlimited Classes. Yoga is a multi-dimensional practice that should be accessible for everyone! We believe in using a medley of yoga styles and techniques to help you feel good in your body. If you're looking to live well, you've found your community! Contemporary yoga classes for wellbeing and joy! We approach our practice in a non-judgemental and stress-free way, so come as you are, take what you need and leave the rest. A vibrant, full energy vinyasa style practice. Challenge both the body and mind. A pilates inspired flo class! A fiery physical practice meant to help tone and strengthen. A softened version of a flo class. An ooey gooey practice meant to feel like a moving meditation. Slip into calm in this class that blends dynamic stretching, yin and restorative postures. This class uses all the props with the intention of encouraging flexibility and rest.

This can be done in a group environment or on basis. The somatics work that Jo offers is a real break through.

After your class there is the opportunity to purchase a number of different teas and coffee and cake, allowing the full impact of the session and sequence to be absorbed completely physically, mentally and emotionally quietly or taking the opportunity to relax and chat with your fellow students. The Zoom classes were put in place when Covid made it's unwlecome appearance and although the number of classes have reduced as we have all entered back in to a more normalised lifestyle 2 classes are still available. Zoom allows you to practice Yoga in the safety and comfort of your own home. Taking control of your environment, the comfort, the noise and the temperature allowing you to practice your yoga with an increased sense of confidence, joy and peace that is just not possible in a third party venue. I relocated in Septemeber to a small hamlet in Deux Sevres, France with my Husband Robbie and our 2 springer spaniels, Delilah and her great nephew Doug.

Class Descriptions To see our full class schedule click here. Sunrise Flow 60 begin your day by increasing your flexibility, strength, mental clarity and overall energy levels with us. Sunrise Flow 60 is designed to awaken and open your body while deepening into your breath. This vinyasa flow practice will leave you feeling re-energized and ready to take on the rest of your day. Studio will be gently heated in this class. This class is 60 minutes. Teachers design their own sequences while students synchronize their breath with their movement. In our power yoga classes expect to sweat, get outside of your head and find fluid transitions from one pose to the next. We create an experience welcoming all levels. This is a 60 or 75 minute class.

Ebb & flow yoga

This is for teachers that have taken yoga training. Proof of training will be asked for. Please email your certificate to ebbandflowyogalife gmail. Try out the studio and see what we have to offer. Take as many classes as you want to see what style of yoga you are drawn to. Maybe you find that on some days you need a slower paced class, and some days you need to pick it up a bit.
