Nice yummy pho and good service by the wait staff. The staff were attentive and quick to attend to guests. Food quality never disappoints. I did try the pho before he seasoned it and it's a slightly sweet, aromatic beef broth made with roasted star anise, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, ginger and onions and takes 8 hours to make.
