Please can you tell me why? I have bought ea play but not received my xp it would be a massive thank you if you send me my xp.

This is the second Month in a row. I purchased ea play. Haven't gotten a single thing no xp no nothing. When you chat. You get told to wait and wait. Are we just paying for this and not getting the benefits that's advertised? Sign In or Register.

Same, I have this issue, contacted multiple support agents from EA. But none of them helped me, all they do is send some bot replies. Saying team is working on the fix soon will get resolved. There is some issue with it and I didn't receive expected benefits for having subscription. Do you only see this bug when you have cross-play activated? No Which mode has this happened in? What What happens when the bug occurs? What What should be happening instead? As I already mentioned in the title, this is the issue that I have. I didnt get the XP boost last season either.
