November - last edited November I'm having an issue on my PS4 where none of my EA games can go online as they all display an error message saying to "Please reset your password" as "your login credentials have ea account playstation 4 but "all you need to do is reset your password" and to just "use the URL below to get started, ea account playstation 4. I tried logging in via the EA website with my Playstation account and received the error message in the attached screenshot.

October Hope someone can help with this Following the help on EA website, I created a parent account for myself and then a child account liked to me and all that seems great. However, there is no way to link the EA account to the child PS4 account manually. The help says to start any EA game and then when prompted completed the login However, we're new to console gaming and only have one EA game, Plants vs Zombies, battle for neighborville and this game just gets stuck on "connecting EA servers" We're never presented with the opportunity to link my child PS4 account to his child EA account.
