The heavens and the depths of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom are crossed by the passage of four majestic dragons. Each dragon has its own path that it follows relentlessly, and it's best to know it if you want to obtain powerful and precious materials easily. The Dragons all have a predetermined path that they will follow no matter what. This path is similar to a kind of cycle that unfolds in two stages. Dragons travel a long distance in the air before plunging into the depths to return to their starting point. Generally speaking, if you see an abyss that is wider than the others, it is probably being used by a dragon to move from one area to another. The position of the dragons at a given moment does not depend on the time of day in real life, nor on the time of day in Hyrule. They actually follow a cycle that depends solely on how long you play. So there's no point in creating a dragon by sleeping at a campfire in the hope that it will appear more quickly. To climb a dragon, you'll need a way to move through the air.
