The Loop got a solid 5-Star review Terrible service trying to place an order over the phone. The employee I spoke to was rude and extremely unhelpful. Horrible service. Our order was made incorrectly and when we called the store I was called a liar by an employee and was asked to return the food to prove I was telling the truth.
