I am disappointed by the quality of service. I lost my glasses there. Contacted them many times by reception, phones, emails with no help. They referred me to the mail which never answers… shame for 5 star hotel. Where is management?

We arrived at the hotel just after midnight, check in was quick and efficient and the we were advised where we could get some food if we need. There was two choices, the Irish bar or the free room service free between midnight and 6am - as we had a 3yr old with us we decided for the room service. This was delivered in good time, and although not piping hot was very nice. There are several pools for the hotel, a family pool next to the waterfall this is where we spent most of the time - the entertainment team do not bother you around here, plenty of sunbeds and a decent size pool. The slides are great and our lad loves spending time in here - the water in here is warmer than the other pools, which is great. There is bar service around the pools, staff will come by on roller blades asking if you want a drink and deliver it back, they also come round on electric scooters with ice lollies and drinks - all a great service. The food is very good imo, lots of choice and a decent standard.
