The reason I ask about both dark eternal dragons going up against Ultimate and Super Shenron is because each had probable feats that could be worth thinking about when comparing them all together. For starters, although Black Smoke Shenron doesn't fight anyone in the story, he seems to have poured his power into dragon balls and created the Evil Shadow Dragons, and when Syn Shenron combines the powers of all the balls to become Omega Shenron, he was able to create the Negative Karma Ball which even SS4 Gojeta felt threatened by who had all the multipliers from a base level Goku that could easily dispatch SS3 level enemies. There may be more feats but I haven't looked into GT lore in a long time. Assuming that the Dragon Realm from Dragon Ball AF exists and that the Dragons are at the level of SS5 or greater, it could imply that the Black Smoke Shenron could have those levels of strength and that the Shadow Dragons only had a small portion of his power. But if that were the case, then the regular Shenrons would be equally as powerful and perhaps the Ultimate Shenron from GT and Super Shenron if we assume he existed in the AF universe would be leagues above Black Smoke Shenron. Although I'm not sure of the lore of Dragon Ball, he seems to be more powerful than the regular Eternal Dragons since on earth he was able to create over powered evil dragons with just a portion of his power and the regular Eternal Dragons seem to be defeatable by King Piccolo on earth.
