Customs is one of Escape from Tarkov's most popular maps played, and for good reason. Customs is a very easy map to learn and master, up to 13 players can be in a game at once together making it a high PvP map, but most importantly, Customs is very rewarding when it comes to looting. In this guide we will focus on the main looting area of Customs and will include useful keys as well at the end. If you are not familiar with the Customs map, you can use this map for a guide. The map shows where to use each key listed in this guide as well. The Dorms are located at the upper middle area of the map.

Customs is a location in Escape from Tarkov. It is the second map that was added to the game. A large area of industrial park land situated adjacent to the factory zone. The area houses a customs terminal, fuel storage facilities, offices, and dorms, as well as a variety of other infrastructure and buildings. The Dorms are two buildings located in the southernmost area of the map. The eastern building is three stories tall while the western building is two stories tall. Each structure boasts a front entrance and a fire escape at each end with doorways leading to each floor some of which are blocked or permanently locked. These dorms are the location of many quests and unlockable rooms. Construction is a two story concrete frame of a building. This structure has a wide view of the river crossings and bridge. New Gas Station is a building at the western side of the map, near the main road.
