After some brainstorming and multiple design sketches- we finally found the solution to our dilemma: a Telescoping lower body! It could be lowered when stationary and then raised up for walking. With a design concept in hand, we set about making our Creeper! I've found that the key to making a great looking character costume is to have it scaled correctly.
