To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question. Suddenly, my Magic Keyboard gives me the 'accessory not compatible with your device' message when attached to my iPad Air. Does that mean the Bluetooth radio is kaput, or is there something else I am missing here. The keyboard has been lightly used, so it has to be a poor quality product, in my opinion. Anything else to try here, before tossing it in the garbage?
