Tuesday, January 14th, AM. I have lost my main comcast. I am unable to send nor receive emails on the account. How do I recover my email account? How are you accessing the email? Using only the webmail interface and a browser? Or a desktop client like Outlook? Or the mail app on a mobile device?

Now what? First things first: open up your web browser and go to the Comcast Xfinity website. Take a look at the top right of the screen — do you see the Email option? Click on it. This time, click the envelope icon in the top-right. This part is fairly self-explanatory: just enter your Xfinity username, email address, or mobile number, then type your password into the box below. Remember to enter the security code, too!
