What an absolute shambles. Report as unsuitable. Provided by Working Feedback. Was referred for an extraction by my dentist. The appointment came through very quickly with a choice of days and times for a week later.

I enquired when my last check-up was they usually let me know when a check-up is due and as it was in I asked to book. I was told that I would need to find another NHS dentist if I wanted a check-up as they are only taking private patients. I asked how long it was going to be for and they could not give me a time scale.

That was this morning and it's now almost 6pm. The tooth crumbled and left just the root in my gum.
