Keeping up with the high demand for great gluten-free products in Vancouver, the Cin Cin chefs developed a homemade glutenfree pizza crust, fresh pappardelle pasta and delightful table bread. They are very serious about gluten and know exactly where they talking about. Would definitely recommend. Right in the heart of the Robson Street shopping area is Cin Cin, which features a contemporary Italian menu and an award winning wine cellar. The entire experience was wonderful. Went here before I was diagnosed and the food quality was just as high. The little gluten free truffle that came with the cheque was so good we asked them if we could buy a box and we went home with half a dozen of them! The risotto and pasta section gives you the option to order as a main or smaller portion. It's the best! Brought out house made gf bread before the meal and some treats as we were paying the bill. Went here before I was diagnosed and the food quality was just as high. Reported NOT to have a gluten-free menu, but gluten-free options are available. Phone: Warm GF bread to start, even brought a small desert with our cheque that was GF!
