Plus the regen mods dont work on all weapons, you cannot utilize them well or at all on low mag capacity weapons like tonkor, exergis, tigris and so on, nor do they work well with Tenet Tetra, where they instead increase the reload of the weapon by quite alot compared to manual reload.
