From there, after going through customs, you'll come down a long sidewalk where you will see a bunch of taxis. Tell them 7 dollars to the Ticuan. If they counter with a higher price, wave them off and ask the one right behind. For a first trip, I suggest staying at Ticuan.

Oh man. Definitely pay to park — free parking is sketchy. Taking the Trolley train to San Ysidro right at the border just 2. Just know that walking across is a lot faster than driving across due to the border agents and car searches, especially on the way back. Once across, look for an Orange Libre taxi and ask him to take you to Zona Norte , or just walk towards it mins. Where to go?
