Cauldrons are special dungeons in Horizon Zero Dawn. They're marked on your map with blue trianglescauldron zeta, but are generally not truly revealed until you get near them.
ZETA's entryway differs from other Cauldrons in that the primary entrance is sealed and guarded by three Stalkers. The true entrance is above and to the left, guarded by a single Redeye Watcher. Around the primary entrance there will be many red flare alarm signals which will alarm the Stalkers, if the player happened to walk in vicinity of those signals. Once tripped, all three Stalkers will converge on the tripped alarm signal position. The interior is similar to other Cauldrons, but lacks any sort of puzzle or enemies until you reach the core. The core will house a Thunderjaw being assembled, with two active Watchers guarding it.

Complete the other Cauldrons before attempting this one. Before attempting, purchase or earn the best Ropecaster you can find. It needs to be able to use Tie Rope Heavy Packs. You also want a lot of resources to craft Tearblast ammo for your bows, Tripcasters and Ropecasters. Getting to the entrance is a fight in of itself. Set up plenty of Shock Wires, Blast Wires, and other traps so you have a place to run if you get overwhelmed. With XI Overrides, you could attempt to lure one over and override it for help in the upcoming fight. Keep in mind that to prevent them from going invisible, you can use Tearblast arrows to quickly remove that component from them. Follow the short path in the cliffside to find the small entrance. Below in the core room are two patrolling Watchers. Override them to gain some help during the upcoming fight with the Thunderjaw, one of the most formidable machines in Horizon Zero Dawn.

When you approach the Cauldron, Stalkers will be patrolling the outside. Hide in the patch of grass and lure them one by one or simply take them out your way. Simply climb an energy emission tower and override it. The interior is littered with pyramid-shaped supply crates which contained many resources. There are also many Medicinal Grey Omen scattered around the interior.
