NightGoddess 11 years ago 1. After seeing Camp Lazlo air on the cn again I remembered how thoroughly dissapointed I was to see that it sucked so much. What the hell happened? Skyeblazer 11 years ago 2. Rocko had a lot of liberty with the kind of jokes it told. The writers probably felt free to be who they were. But having to conform to something like Camp Lazlo, the restrictions probably hindered their creativity. That's not to say that Rocko's Modern Life was all about dirty jokes, but I think that placing limitations on a story can effect a writer's interest as much as anything else. It's just a guess. I just think that Joe Murray has mellowed down over the years and wanted to do actual kid's cartoon instead of a kid's cartoon full of adult humor.

Rocko's Modern Life is an American animated television series and was the fourth Nicktoon.
