Even though we were planning on doing one of those set meals, we both ended up being tempted by menu items not on the list. Both were excellent. We both recommend getting wine by the pitcher instead of bottle or glass if you are sharing. They let us linger, which we loved. We sat outside but out of the direct sunlight.

We had asked the concierge for a family-friendly option. I had researched a few restaurants that we wanted to try during our trip but none of them were near enough to the tower that we would make it there for an early-in-the-night viewing of the light show. The sauce was quite good. The restaurant was called Le Coq. Next Continue. The menu looked fine, but the atmosphere was more strip club than family restaurant. The metropolitan is a couple of blocks further along from this one if you need to split your nights to maximize your free stays.
